2A. Google User Data (Gmail)

When an authorized organization user connects a Google account to Amo IQ, we access Google user data through Google APIs only with that user’s consent, and only to provide the features they enable.

Access â€” with consent, Amo IQ may access Gmail message content, metadata, labels, and send capability needed to display, organize, draft, and send business email in the Amo IQ inbox.
Use â€” Google user data is used solely to operate inbox, sync, draft, reply, and mailbox-connection features for the connected organization. We do not use Gmail data for advertising.
Storage â€” email content and related metadata needed for inbox functionality may be stored in Amo IQ systems for the connected organization, subject to the retention practices in this Policy.
Sharing â€” we do not sell Google user data. We share it only with subprocessors that help deliver the Services (for example hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or when legally required.
Revocation â€” users and organizations can disconnect Gmail in Amo IQ and revoke access in their Google Account permissions at any time.

Amo IQ’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
